If the WiFi network you want to extend is not on the list, you can try the following methods

Ensure that you existing WiFi network is not hidden.

Change the encryption type of the router to WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK, and try again.

2. Enter the WiFi password of the 5 GHz WiFi network.
3. Change the SSID (optional).
The default SSID of the extended WiFi network is your existing 5 GHz WiFi network's SSID with a suffix
_5GEXT.
4. Click Next.
