3. Press the unlocking button for the shaving head frame;
the shaving head frame opens.
4. remove the lateral decorative strips.
5. Use a flat object (e.g. a knife or slotted screwdriver) to
lever the cover off the upper housing part.
6. Loosen the 4 cross head screws that are now visible.
7. Lever both housing halves apart.
8. Use diagonal cutting pliers to disconnect the batteries
from the circuit board. Dispose of all parts in compliance
with the regulations. (→ 11. Disposal).
the nickel-metal hydride battery used for this device
may not be treated as household waste. the battery
must be disposed of properly. Contact battery
NiMH distributors or local waste disposal points for this.
