Directed Pickup
You can use this key feature to answer someone else's incoming call on the phone. For more

DND (Do Not Disturb)
You can use this key feature to activate or deactivate the DND mode. You can also use this key
field is left blank, the DSS key performs the same as the Conf soft key during a
Directed Pickup on page 51.
