7. MANUTENZIONE
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione debbone essere
effettuate in condizioni di sicurezza portando le pedane
in appoggio sui martelletti e l'interruttore bloccato in
posizione OFF.
7.1 Lubrificazione
- Ingrassare le funi portanti ogni mese.
Evitare di sporcare con lubrificante le aste asolate ed
il meccanismo paracadute al fine di garantire il corretto
funzionamento di tale dispositivo di sicurezza.
7. MAINTENANCE
Place lift in a safe condition before performing
maintenance work. Bring platforms to rest on the engaged
catches and lock main switch in the OFF position.
7.1 Lubrication
- Grease the load-bearing cables monthly.
Be careful not to smear the rackes and the safety lock
mechanism with grease. These are safety devices and
grease may impair their operation.
7. INSTANDHALTUNG
Alle Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Sicherheitsbedingungen erfolgen, d.h. die Fahrschienen
müssen auf den Klinken auf Auflage gebracht werden
und der Hauptschalter muß in der Position OFF blockiert
sein.
7.1 Schmierung
- Die Tragseile monatlich schmieren.
Vermeiden, daß die Langbohrungsstangen und der
Auffangmechanismus durch das Schmiermittel
verschmutzt werden. Dies ist für die Gewährleistung
eines korrekten Betriebs dieser Sicherheitsvorichtung
7. ENTRETIEN
Toutes les opérations d'entretien doivent se faire en
condition de sécurité, en mettant les chemins de
roulement en appui sur les taquets interrupteur bloqué
en position de OFF.
7.1 Lubrification
- Graisser les câbles porteurs une fois par mois.
Eviter d'encrasser les tiges à fente et le mécanisme
parachute avec du lubrifiant, pour garantir le bon
fonctionnement de ce dispositif de sécurité.
7. MANTENIMIENTO
Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento deben
realizarse en condiciones de seguridad posicionando
las plataformas en apoyo en las palancas giratorias y el
interruptor bloqueado en posición OFF.
7.1 Lubrificación
- Engrasar los cables portantes cada mes.
No ensuciar con lubrificante las varillas ojaladas y el
mecanismo paracaídas para garantizar el correcto
funcionamiento de este dispositivo de seguridad.

7.2 Controllo funi portanti
- Controllare periodicamente che a sollevatore scarico la
piattaforma mantenga la registrazione iniziale; in caso
contrario

7.3 Cambio olio centralina
Ogni 100 ore di lavoro
- Usare olio ESSO-NUTO H 32 od equivalenti
- Effettuare il cambio olio con piattaforma a terra

- At regular intervals, check that platform maintains initial
setting under no load condition. If not so, follow procedure
under "Cable adjustment".
7.3 How to change hydraulic unit oil
Change oil every 100 operating hours.
- Use ESSO-NUTO H 32 or equivalent oil.
- Lower platform to the ground before changing oil.
- Bleed circuit as oultined in paragraph 4.12.
