Removal
Make sure the ignition switch is in the
position.
1. Remove the right side cover.
2. Remove the fuse holder from the battery
holder.
3. Disconnect the negative
the battery.
4. Disconnect the positive
the battery.
5. Remove the battery holder by removing
the bolts.
6. Remove the battery taking care not to drop
the terminal nuts.
Pull out the battery and battery holder

together from motorcycle.
