6.10 ERROR MESSAGES

condition exist which may cause incorrect or unreliable operation
of the instrument.

Probable Cause and Solution
EPROM FAILURE - Indicates the EPROM checksum was in
error at power up.

open traces, or shorted traces between U505 and

RAM FAILURE - If not recoverable replace U503.
