4.9 SELECTION OF THE DIAGNOSTIC MODE

CAL/NORMAL SWITCH

This switch is
instrument. The Diagnostic
switch to the Cal position while Cal Option Dip Switch #1 is in

Diagnostic Mode is exited by setting the Cal/Normal switch back
to the Normal position.
SWITCHES
When the Diagnostic Mode is entered the functions assigned to the
CAL Option Dip Switches, (except Switch #1), are redefined to
allow the selection of the desired diagnostic test.
The Dip Switches will be read only when the Calibration Mode is
entered. To switch between diagnostic tests it is necessary to
exit the Calibration Mode, reset the Dip Switches to select
new test and then re-enter the Calibration Mode.
