c) Inserting and Connecting the Flight Battery

The battery shaft (1) for the flight battery (2) is located on
the left side of the fuselage at the height of the bow un-
dercarriage.
Insert the flight battery into the battery shaft from the front
to the stop. The connection cable of the flight battery must
point forward.
Before you connect the two plug connectors of the flight
battery that are protected against polarity reversal to the
model electronic (3), ensure that the on/off switch (4) of the
flight model is in the rear position "OFF".
Caution, important!
If you are not using the model, e.g. when trans-
porting or during storage, always disconnect the
flight battery. Only leave the rechargeable bat-
tery plugged in for charging and operation of the
model.
