Motor Commissioning

a) Commissioning the Remote Control

In the operating instructions for the flight model, only the control elements are illustrated in the figures of the remote
control. They therefore serve illustration purposes only. The precise function of the remote control is explained in the
separately enclosed operating instructions.

b) Inserting and Connecting the Flight Battery

Figure 8 shows the position of the flight battery (1), the plug system (2), the magnets for the cabin holder (3), the
elevator servo (4), the rudder servo (5), the flight controller (6) and the receiver (7).
After removing the canopy, the flight battery is pushed into the fuselage from the front and secured with the enclosed
hook-and-loop tape in the front area of the fuselage tip. The flight battery must not move in flight.
The required position of the flight battery is determined by the centre of gravity.
Figure 8 shows the rechargeable battery in the standing position. Depending on the size of the rechargeable
battery and the necessary position to reach the correct centre of gravity, it may be necessary to position the
rechargeable battery in the fuselage in the lying position to close the canopy.
