7900 Pager Programming
Allow Pager To Be Turned Off
Tick this field if you would like to enable the ability to turn the pager off using a special
OTA command. The default command for this function is shown below, however this can
be altered by using the Allow Custom OTA Commands For The Following field described
below.
Allow All Messages To Be Deleted
Tick this field if you would like to enable the ability to delete all messages from the
pager (including protected messages) using a special OTA command. The default
command for this function is shown below, however this can be altered by using the
Allow Custom OTA Commands For The Following field described below.
Allow Alert Mode To Be Changed
Tick this field if you would like to enable the ability to set the alert type (beep, vibrate,
mute etc) using special OTA commands. The commands available to alter the pagers
alert mode are shown below.
Allow Cap Code To Be Changed
Tick this field if you would like to enable the ability to change cap codes and baud rate
using special OTA commands. The commands available to alter the pagers cap codes and
baud rate are shown below.

NOTE: Only the first cap code can be used to change cap codes over the air.
