Use the following procedure to determine the minimum number of power supplies to install for
the Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch 8800/8600 system:

Prepare the cables for installation of the power supply of the Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch
8800/8600.
Avaya does not supply the cables for connecting the DC power supply to the DC input power
source. Select cables that comply with the electrical code of the country where you use the
DC power supply.
