IBM RT PC 5080 Peripheral Attachment Adapter

You can install one RT PC 5080 Peripheral Attachment Adapter in
each system unit.
Any combination of the two types of asynchronous 4-port adapters
can be installed together with the RT PC 5080 Peripheral
Attachment adapter for a total of four adapters in the IBM 6150 and
three in IBM 6151 system units.
Use of the IBM 5080 Peripheral Attachment Adapter limits the
maximum number of 8-port asynchronous adapters to four in the
IBM 6150 and two in the IBM 6151.
