Periodic maintenance and adjustment
Replacing a tail/brake light
bulb or a rear turn signal light
bulb
If a tail/brake light bulb or a rear turn
signal light bulb burns out, replace it as
follows.
Tail/brake light bulb
1. Remove panel B (with rear storage
compartment). (See page 7-8)
2. Remove the bulb socket (together
with the bulb) by turning it coun-
terclockwise and pulling the tail-
light bulb socket up at an angle.

3. Remove the burnt-out bulb by
pushing it in and turning it coun-
terclockwise.

4. Insert a new bulb into the socket
by pushing it in and turn it clock-
wise until it stops.
NOTICE
If a taillight bulb of different wattage
than recommended is used, it may
cause the battery to discharge or af-
fect the taillight lighting.
5. Install the bulb socket (together
with the bulb) by turning it clock-
wise.
6. Install the panel.
Rear turn signal light bulb
1. Remove panel B (with rear storage
compartment). (See page 7-8)

3. Remove the bulb socket (together
with the bulb) by pulling it out.
