DOING THE SHOOTING

TAKING A PICTURE

The general procedure to follow to take a picture is as follows.
Set the CINE/STILL switch to [STILL].
Configure image settings such as the image quality and image size.

Set the ISO sensitivity. (P.68)
Determine the exposure. (P.45)
Focus the camera. (P.51)
Hold-down the shutter button to take a picture.

SHOOTING A MOVIE

The general procedure to shoot a movie is as follows.
Set the CINE/STILL switch to "CINE".
Determine the shooting style.
You can select the setting method and the monitor display for shooting to
suit the style of camera you are used to.
