3-Mode Drive System

There are three driving modes for your vehicle: SPORT, NORMAL, and ECON.
Each mode offers a different level of driving performance. The mode buttons are
located on the control panel.
To change driving modes, press the desired mode button with the power switch ON
w . The corresponding mode indicator comes on in the instrument panel, and the

mode icon appears briefly on the multi-information display.
SPORT mode
The power gauge extends, allowing
for more power output than when
in NORMAL/ECON mode.
Select a driving mode and press the button.

The selected driving mode indicator comes on.

If you have selected the ECON mode, it remains on
next time you turn the power switch to ON
SPORT mode has been selected, the mode returns to
NORMAL.
If you always want to start driving in NORMAL
regardless of the mode you have selected last time
you drove, go to METER SETUP and select HOLD
ECON MODE on the multi-information display.
The ECON mode helps you improve your vehicle
range by changing the motor, climate control system,
cruise control, and high voltage system
performances.
While in ECON mode, the climate control system has
greater temperature fluctuations.
