Mounting Rack Mount The VP2120 can be mounted on a 19” (1U) system rack. To conveniently access the front-panel pushbuttons for local configuration and operation, mount the unit at the front of the rack so that the front panel faces outward.

The captured image is saved to the storage device connected to the VP2120’s USB ports. Make sure you have a storage device inserted to the VP2120 for this function to be available. For more information, see Getting Screen Captures, page 24.

Chapter 3. Local Operation Streaming Out a Display Overview There are two ways to broadcast the content on one of the displays at a time to meeting participants. You can use the IR remote control or the OSD via the front-panel pushbuttons.

Press the Enter pushbutton/button to select a display to stream out and press the Enter again. 4. The display of your choice is now streamed out. A live icon appears on the top-right of your chosen display, reminding you which display is being streamed out.
