Possible Cause
The toner cartridge's sealing
tape is not pulled out.
The printer fed two or more
sheets at a time.
A jam error occurred
(If the Error LED indicator
is lit.)
The toner cartridge is out of

The toner cartridge is damaged. Replace the toner cartridge.
The print media is moist.
The print media is outside
the recommended
specifications.
The toner cartridge is damaged. Replace the toner cartridge.
Action
Replace the toner cartridge
and pull out the sealing
tape. Then reinstall the
cartridge.
