Replacing the timer motor assembly
Check
1.
Connect the timing motor power to AC source (to PCB)
2.
Switch on the power and watch to see if timing motor rotates. If it does not
rotate then consider it as abnormal operation
3.
Timing motor calibration confirmation
3.1 Use a multi meter and turn dial to symbol
positions A and B, see diagram 6_1
3.2 When the timing motor rotates, the pointing arrow found at the air chamber
plate will touch the micro-switch as OPEN position (If untouched, it is short
circuit, and the multi-meter will sound-off)
3.3 If the timing motor does not operate correctly, replace the timer motor
assembly.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the air tubing, wires and remove screws fixing the timer motor
2. Replace with new timer motor assembly
3. One screw inserted into the bracket and secure to the enclosure base, while
the other insert to the timing motor assembly and screw to the enclosure base,
refer to diagram
4. Reconnect air tubing, and lead wires, refer to diagram 1
