Pump air pressure performance test
Procedure
1.
By use of the diagram below, assemble the testing equipment and verify all the
connections are air-tight.
2.
Switch on the pump and wait for the self-examination procedure to finish.
3.
Switch the pressure knob to "min pressure"
4.
The green LED light will light up when the correct pressure is reached.
5.
Check that the pressure has reached the required level.
6.
If an incorrect pressure is detected, follow the problem checklist below.
A. Leaks found from the air tubing?
B. Incorrect compressor performance? See compressor assembly.
C. Air tubing to the sensor has become disconnected or there are loose
fittings?
7.
If faults persist after above the checks have been carried out, proceed to the
PCB replacement section found in T1.
