5. Comissioning

5.1 Transport

Lifting with crane:
When using a crane as means of movement, use the eyebolt as attachment.
Note: No sudden movements !
Transportation by truck:
When using a truck as means of movement, use a forklift or a pallet jack with an appropriate transport pallet (CEN standard). Ensure that the machine is
secured with strapping belts or ropes before lifting. Set pallet forks as wide possible. Machine must stay in up-right position during transport.
Caution: Do not allow to tilt, and avoid any sudden movements!

5.2 Assembly

The machine should be positioned with sufficient space for operation, maintenance and service.
The machine must be aligned with a level.
The hole template is sized 460 x 260 mm, with D13 holes.
The machine base must be bolted with 4 heavy duty anchor bolts Ø 12mm to the floor.

5.3 Connecting the electricity

Note: when connecting the electricity, the regulations of the local energy supply authority and other relevant state legislation are to be taken into
account.
All liability shall be declined for losses of any kind that occur by not adhering to prescribed regulations .
Power supply:
Connection of mains to be performed by a qualified electrician!
Operating voltage to be set according to identification plate specifications.
Line voltage:
400 V - 50 Hz
Power:
0,75 kW
Circuit switch papers to be kept in the switchboard!
Operating and control components are combined in the switch board.
Ensure that the mains are switched off when working on the machine or control cabinet.
Check that the main switch is on 0 (zero).
Important: Drive direction !
When commissioning the direction of the hydraulic unit must be noted .
Not paying attention to the direction can cause damages to the pump.
Call a qualified electrician should any difficulties occur.
The bus coupler stores electrical current. For repairs plug out the electrical supply!

5.4 Hydraulic system

Hydraulic elements are powered by a hydraulic unit.
• Approximately 6.0 liters of hydraulic oil capacity.
The oil tank is filled up to 3/4 (three quarters) when delivered.
Check oil level weekly.
Only use häwa hydraulic oil: 2684-0700-01-00.
Use häwa Hydraulic oil: 2684-0700-01-00.

5.5 Installation of the stop angle

The stop bar is pushed to the shooting angle. Tighten the screws and make a sample punch. Check the sample by measuring the punched hole. Should
the measurement differ from the original, adjust the stop bar. It is advisable to do another sample punch and another control-check before commencing.
