3.3 Hazards

Structurally, not all dangers can be prevented without restricting the intended functionality.
It is recommended to analyze and assess the residual risks of Quick-press by means of risk management.
Possible hazards include:
• Bruises caused by the Quick-press.
• Bruises caused by large, heavy workpieces.
• Scrapes or crushed limbs caused by not following the instructions carefully.
• Burst of a hydraulic hose.
• Slipping caused by an oil leak.
• Improper start-up and handling.
• Cuts caused by sharp tools or sheet metal.
Prevent hazards through:
• Attentitive operation.
• Following the recommendations and instructions as set out in this operation manual.
• Applying the safety regulations.
