15. Flatten lock washers and remove six cap screws

as disassembling ring gear.

Separate differential case from ring gear.
If the differential ring gear is n o t t o be replaced, mark the
ring gear and differential ease so they w i l l be reassembled in
the same position.
17. Drive spring

using a spring pin punch.
