6.4 Opening a Map

NOTE: Before attempting to open a map, it is necessary to stop the GPS by
clicking the Start/Stop GPS icon.
Map files may be opened by selecting the Open Map File icon in the program
menu bar or the same option from the File menu.

The Open Map File Window will appear. Drill down to the required map by
navigating the directory/file structure until the required map is found.
