4.2.2.1 Connecting to a Mobile Phone
Ensure your phone has Bluetooth technology and is within Bluetooth range of the
HEMA Navigator.
1. Select Pair from the Bluetooth menu. The Navigator will then become
discoverable by other Bluetooth devices in range for a period of 60
seconds.

2. Set the mobile phone to discover Bluetooth devices in its vicinity.
See your mobile phone instruction booklet for details.
3. Once your mobile phone has discovered the HEMA Navigator it will
appear as GPS in the list of Bluetooth devices displayed on your
phone. It will then ask for the Bluetooth Passkey or Pin Code.
The default Pin Code for the Navigator is 8888.
4. On successful connection with the mobile device the following
message will appear in the Bluetooth Menu banner.
Displays a list of all devices that have previously been paired
with the Navigator. Connection may be re-established by
selecting the device to pair with and selecting the pair button.
