APPENDIX C DGP FAQC.1 DGP FAQ
1. Why does my DGP display a "351" error code?
The current inputs INS and INR are derived from the residual connections of the respective phase CTs and do
not require dedicated neutral CTs. Zero-sequence current at system and/or neutral side of the generator stator
windings is calculated and compared with the measured INS and/or INR values by the DGP as part of a back-
round self-test. If they do not match, a 351 error code is generated.
2. Why can't I get the 27 function (undervoltage) to operate?
The 27 element operates when the generator is considered on-line. The DGP recognizes the on-line status DI1
"Generator Off-Line". An Auxiliary b contact will allow the DGP to interpret the correct generator status.
