Power supply unit
WARNING:
Take note of the following reminders to reduce the risk of personal injury from electric
shock hazards and/or damage to the equipment.
Installation of power supply units should be referred to individuals who are qualified to service server
systems and are trained to deal with equipment capable of generating hazardous energy levels.
DO NOT open the power supply unit. There are no serviceable parts inside it.
To remove the PSU backplane:
IMPORTANT:
Make sure all the nodes, blanks, and power supplies are removed before removing or
replacing the PSU backplane.
Remove the top cover from the power supply cage (steps 1, 2).

Disconnect all cables from the PSU backplane.
2.
Remove the PSU backplane (step 3).
3.
Reinstall the top cover to the power supply cage (steps 4, 5).
