Step 14: To join the Skype Meeting at the required time an attendee can click on the "Join online
meeting" link in their email. If the attendee has Skype for Business installed they can click on the
"Join with Skype for Business (desktop)". The meeting will then open in the Skype for Business client.
Step 15: If the attendee does not have the Skype for Business client (e.g. a non TU Dublin user) they
can join the meeting by clicking the "Join with the Skype Meetings App (web)" link.
