The first page of the Setup Wizard (pictured
below) will open. Click on the "Continue"
link to proceed.

For initial configuration of the service, click
the first option at the bottom of the
window. Clicking the second option allows
you to make adjustments to a previous
configuration E.g. changing the code from
high bandwidth to low bandwidth

Step 11 (Step 1 of Wizard)
Enter your User Name, Password and
Voice Password within Step 1 of the Wizard.
This information was sent to you via e-mail.
If you did not receive this information
via e-mail, then you need to contact
the Broadband Voice Helpdesk on
0800 028 3228.
Once you have entered the information,
check it carefully and then click "Continue"
to go to the next step in the Setup Wizard.
It is vital that the User Name and Password
are entered correctly because this will be
required next time you log onto the FDX
840. Additionally the Voice Password must
be entered correctly since if there is a
mistake then your Broadband Voice service
will not operate.
Step 12 (Step 2 of Wizard)
Step 2 of the Wizard is only for cable
customers who supplied a specific MAC
address to their ISP and must now enter
that same MAC address here.
If you did not supply a MAC address to your
ISP or if you are an ADSL customer, then do
not alter the MAC address presented in the
window and simply click "Continue" to go
to the final step in the Setup Wizard.
Step 13 (Step 3 of Wizard)
Select the desired bandwidth setting and
then "Continue" to go to the last screen of
the Setup Wizard.
If your broadband service is delivered at low
bandwidth e.g. 150 kbit/sec downstream
and 64 kbit/sec upstream then the high
bandwidth Broadband Voice encoding is
not supported. In this case you must select
"low bandwidth".
