Symptoms
Boom will not lower during a power
retraction
The control unit emits a beeping sound
during lifting, and the motor stops
Manual legs fail to open with the pedal
or lever
Lifting arm can not be adjusted
Leg support can not be installed or
adjusted
Contact your Invacare provider or representative if the above does not solve your problems.

Faults
Shoulder bolt at the junction of the
boom and mast may not be properly
installed
Max. load is exceeded
The mechanical mechanism is damaged Replace foot pedal and/or rods. See
The adjustment mechanism is damaged Replace the boom and lifting arm. See
Leg band is clogging the back of the
leg support
The adjustment mechanism is damaged Replace the leg support. See 5.16
Solution
Check Mast/ Boom connection. See

Reduce the load (and the lift will
function normally)
