10. After the upgrade has completed, a screen appears to inform you
the procedure was successful. Click the Finish button to close the
upgrade utility.
11. Install the KVM back into your previous setup, following the
instructions in the

UPGRADE FAILURE

Perform the following steps in the event that the Upgrade Successful
screen does not appear.
1. Disconnect the USB cables on the KVM switch from the computer.
2. Press and hold the button on the Remote Port Selector. While still
holding the button, plug the KVM switch's purple USB cable into the
computer.
3. Power on the KVM switch. It will now function with the factory
default firmware.
