o Control Input X: Select this option when using an expression pedal or the X-axis of
the Hot Hand 3 Wireless Controller.
o Control Input Y: Select this option when using the Y-axis of the Hot Hand 3 Wireless
Controller.
o Expression (Hub/MIDI): Select this option when using an expression controller
connected to the EXP IN or SENSOR IN jacks on the Neuro Hub.
o OFF: Use this option to disengage expression control for the entire row.
Control Option: Select from a long list of parameters available for expression control.
Min (%) and Max (%): Sets the high and low points of each parameter receiving expression
messages. Setting Min (%) to 0 and Max (%) to 100 will assign the full breadth of the
parameter to the expression controller.
Routing & Options
The C4's stereo inputs and outputs offer dramatic stereo effects and complex signal routing options,
including "side chain" and the insertion of external pedals to the signal path. Most of the stereo
Output routing can be accomplished with the each Voice's Processor Pan parameter combined with
the final Destination dropdown in the MIX 1 & 2 blocks. (See the Processor Pan section for details on
stereo routing)
Input Routing Option: Selects the configuration of the Input jacks per preset. There are four
different options:
o Auto Detect (Default): This is the default setting – it detects which input jacks are
currently being used and configures the routing accordingly.
o Single Input 1: Use this setting if you have a single instrument cable plugged into
Input 1.
o Dual Input 1 & 2: Use this setting if you have instrument cables plugged into both
Inputs 1 & 2.
o External Loop (Pre-Processing): It is possible to manually set up most all stereo Input
and Output routing using a combination of the Processor Pan parameter in each of
the Voice blocks and the Destination dropdown menu in the Mix blocks – this
includes effects loops either between Voices or at the end of the signal path. The one
routing option that can't be set up manually is the an external effects loop that
places the external effect in front of the C4's Voice processor. Choose this option if
