Press the MENU (SEL) key.
Move the cursor under the word "SANITIZE" by
pressing the OFF (<-- --)key.

Step 7
Pressing the MENU (SEL) key will give you the
option for sanitizing the left freezing cylinder. Move
the cursor under the word "YES". Pressing the
MENU (SEL) key at this time will start the flow of
sanitizing solution into the left freezing cylinder.

Repeat Steps 6 - - 7 for the right side freezing
cylinder.

Step 8
Open the prime plugs. When sanitizing solution fills
the freezing cylinders approximately 2/3 full, close
the prime plugs.

Step 9
Continue filling the freezing cylinders with sanitizing
solution until the solution purges out of the relief
valve at the top of the mix tank, and begins draining
into the front drip tray. Press the OFF (<-- --) key.
Step 10
Press the BEATER (-- -- --) key. Agitate the solution
in the freezing cylinders for five minutes.

Step 11
With a pail beneath the door spouts, open the draw
valves and drain all the solution from the freezing
cylinders. Press the OFF (<-- --) key and close the
draw valves.

Disconnect the syrup connectors in the sanitizing
solution.
