Remove the unit from the carton and inspect for signs
1
of damage. If there is damage to the unit:
• Notify the carrier within 24 hours of delivery,
• Save carton and packaging materials for inspection
purposes,
• Contact your local dealer, or if purchased directly, the
Prince Castle Sales Department at 1-800-722-7853
or 630-462-8800 to arrange for a replacement unit.
NOTE: When installing this unit, the ambient
2
temperature at the mounting site should not exceed
37.8°C (100°F).
Your toaster may consist of one Universal Rapid
Toaster unit or two units positioned together to perform
as an assembly. Single units must be assembled with
a Buffered Bun Landing Zone (BBLZ) only. Two-unit
assemblies must be equipped with a BBLZ and a bun
chute that carries the product from the rear unit to the
BBLZ.
A. For two-unit installations, designate one unit to be
3
the "front" chamber. Orient the chamber(s) so that
the Club Section is positioned closer or farther from
the loader's workstation — most stores prefer the
Club Section closer, but the URT is designed to be
configured either way.
B. Slide the BBLZ into the single unit or front chamber
of a two-unit assembly by pushing the BBLZ into the
unit from the front towards the back.

Installation
Push the BBLZ about halfway into position and
4
connect the wire assembly from underneath the BBLZ
to the connector on the base of the unit. This
