surrounded by foam. Once the projector has arrived at the installation site, it needs to be removed from its
carton box and wooden/plastic pallet in a safe manner without damaging the projector.
Required tools
10 mm Allen wrench.
How to unpack the projector?
1.
Loosen the banding (reference 1 Image 4-1) by pulling the free end of the banding loop in the clip.
2.
Take off the box cover (reference 2 Image 4-1).
3.
Remove the carton plate (reference 3 Image 4-1) from the top of the projector.
4.
Take out the small box between the outer and inner box. This box contains the product documentation
(manuals etc.).

Lift up the outer carton box (reference 5 Image 4-2) as a whole and remove it away from the projector
package.
6.
Lift up the inner carton box (reference 6 Image 4-2) as a whole and remove it away from the projector
package.
7.
Remove the screw (reference 7 Image 4-2) in the centre of both transport fixation bars (front and rear of the
projector). Use a 10 mm Allen wrench.
8.
Now the projector can be lifted up and put in place.
Warning:
Do not underestimate the weight of the projector. The projector weights ±240 kg (±529 lbs).
To prevent personal injury a hoisting tool should be used to lift the projector.
Note: The top side of the projector is foreseen with four threaded holes M10 (25 mm depth), one in
each corner. These holes can be used to insert eyebolts to connect the shackles of the lifting
equipment.
