How to deselect wells or resign them?

To deselect or resign wells on the Biotek Epoch 2, follow these steps:

1. When running a protocol, select the wells to be read. If not reading the full plate, manually choose specific wells.
2. If the Take3 Blank Masking screen appears and highlights invalid blank wells in red, tap a well to mask (exclude) it from blank average and %CV calculations.
3. Each masked blank well will be flagged with an asterisk in the printed and exported results.
4. Ensure at least one blank well remains unmasked; otherwise, the CV Status will be INVALID.

This process allows users to exclude specific wells from analysis.
