  • Page 88: Absorbance Testing

Absorbance Testing Applies only to models with absorbance capability BioTek developed a series of tests for the absorbance system using a combination of solid state Absorbance Test Plates and liquid plates. An advantage of running liquid tests is the liquid in the wells has a meniscus, whereas the test plate’s neutral density glass filters do not.
