H SINGLE-POST ARMREST RECEIVER
1. Mounting the receiver
a. Place the two receiver clamps (A) onto the top portion of the rear side frame tube. Align
with the preferred location of the single post height-adjustable armrest.
b. Pinch both clamp receivers together at the armpost receiver side and insert the 3 hex bolts
(B) into the armpost receiver.
c. Once inserted, hold both clamp receivers against the top portion of the rear side frame tube
and tighten the hardware (B) .
1. Adjusting Armrest Receiver Fit
To tighten or loosen the fit of the outer armpost in the receiver:
a. Loosen the bolts on the sides of the receiver (C).
b. With he armrest assembly (D) in the receiver (E), press firmly on the outside of the receiver.
c. Maintain pressure on the receiver and re-tighten two of the hex bolts (C).
d. Remove the armrest assembly and re-tighten the remaining two hex bolts (C).
e. The armrest will fit firmly in the receiver and lessen any noise that may result from vibration.
2. Moving the receiver Location
a. Loosen the 3 bolts (B) holding the clamp halves(A) together (do not remove them)
b. Slide the clamp so that armrest is at the correct position.
c. Tighten the 3 bolts (B).
I. PADDED SWING-AWAY ARMREST RECEIVER
Swing-away armrests can be detached or can swing away to allow lateral transfers. They are height adjustable
(1" increments) by moving hardware (D) up or down in predrilled holes on armrest bracket. .
a. Additional height can be achieved by removing hardware (E) and flipping the hardware.
b. Tighten hardware (E). Use a torque setting of 144 in-lbs (16.27 Nm).
J. SWING-AWAY FOOTREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT (GPSA
Height Adjustment
NOTE–
It is recommended that you maintain a minimum of 2.0 inches between the lowest point on the
footrest and the floor.
a. Loosen set screw (F) using a 3/16 inch hex key.
b. Slide footrest extension (G) up or down inside frame tube to desired height.
c. Tighten set screw (F). Use a torque setting of 144 in-lbs (16.27 Nm).
K. FIXED FRONT FOOTRESTS (GP,GPV)
1. Adjustment
a. Remove mounting bolts (A) on the top of each extension tube.
b. Make sure the inserts remain in place.
c. Slide footrest tube into front frame tube to desired height.
d. Line up holes and replace the bolt on the outside through frame, footrest and
insert.
e. Follow same procedure on opposite side.
f. Align footrests to desired inward/outward rotational position and tighten firmly.
