1. FRONT & BACK PLATES STEPS: 1. Fasten Lower Stretchers to Front and Rear Plates. Note: counter bored holes should face up. Rear Plate 2. When tightened, frame should sit flush on a flat surface. Counter Bore Front Plate w/ Protractor Counter Bore Note: In hardware Bag #1 there are 16 flat head screws. -

3. FRONT SHAFT TO KEEL 10-32 x 1" Flat Head Cap Screw x 4 STEPS: 1. Do not overtighten screws in acetyl bearing blocks. 2. When properly assembled all 5 gears should spin smoothly with no longitudinal movement in either shaft. If it’s tight Step 4 should remedy. -

5. FRONT HEIGHT SCREW TO SPINE STEPS: 1. Align holes of Height Screw and the Saw Spine 2. Insert Spring Pin flush with Spine 3. When properly assembled the Height Shaft should pivot and feel firm. Saw Spine Spring Pin Height Screw 6. -

7. SAW SPINE TO KEEL STEPS: 1. Thread Front Height Screw (LH threads) into Front Gear Bushing 2. Threaded end of Front Height Screw should protrude 3/4" (19mm) from bottom of gear. Rotate front shaft for Front Height Screw/Saw Spine Assy. precise setting. -

9. PITCH ADJUSTOR ASSEMBLY STEPS: 1. Insert Shaft Collar into Saw Spine Slot 2. Insert Barrel Nut into the Barrel Nut Housing 3. Thread Pitch Adjustor into Barrel Nut and continue until shaft is fully inserted into Shaft Collar Barrel Nut Housing 4. -

13. TRANSMISSION CHECK Open Bag #3 STEPS: 1. Place Keel Assembly in vise (do not damage keel edges). 2. Thread Crank onto Front Shaft. Use a 3/8” wrench to hold the front shaft while you tighten the crank to the shaft. 3. -

15. KEEL ASSY. to FRAME STEPS: 1. Slide rear trunion to end of trunion track in the rear plate. 2. Insert back of Keel Assembly into the rear plate trunion track. 3. Move Keel Assy forward so front shaft protrudes through the front trunion and the keel rests on top of the trunion. -

21. SAW BLADE STEPS: 1. Position both tables as illustrated below. 2. Loosen Light Grey Saw Guide. (The Black Guide is never adjusted--it is a reference surface.) 3. Insert Crosscut Blade and tighten 5 spine screws. 4. Pinch blade between fixed BLACK guide and the adj. LIGHT GREY GUIDE. -

CURSOR/FLIP DOWN STOPS STEPS: HINT: If the fence feels "stuck" after loosening the locking screws, tap the Note: Remove blue film on both sides of cursor prior to installing screws (hex key inserted) to free dovetail nut. 1. Insert acrylic cursor into front traveler groove and secure with screw. -

25. CONGRATULATIONS! Your saw should sit perfectly flat. The blade should be dead parallel to table travel. Raising and lowering the blade should be smooth and easy. NOTE: Your Jointmaker Pro must be firmly anchored to a stand or work surface prior to use. 26. -
