Troubleshooting

Should you experience erratic operation or notice any malfunction while operating this machine,
discontinue use immediately.
Call for assistance and report the incident to your supervisor, and do not use the machine until it has
been checked by a trained, qualified mechanic.
Machine functions will not operate

• Master disconnect turned on?
• Battery properly connected?
• Battery fully charged?
• Circuit Breaker tripped?
• Function toggle switch or the Enable Switch not activated?
• Selector Key Switch in proper position?
• Both Emergency Stop Switches reset?
• Hydraulic fluid level low?
• Obvious fluid leak or damaged component?
• Wires disconnected, broken, or loose?
• Motor control processor Diagnostic LED OFF?
LED should be ON. If not ON or FLASHING, refer to Service Manual or contact MEC
Technical Support.
