Is the volume of the

main unit turned down?

Is the microphone

of the other end of the

line turned on?

YES

Is the

connection of the

voice signal between the

main unit and monitor

TV correct?

YES

Is the volume of the

monitor TV turned down?

Communication terminal is defective.

YES

Turn up the volume.

Ask the other end of the line to

turn on the microphone.

Connect it properly.

YES

Turn up the volume of the

monitor TV.
