Start/Stop
To Start/Stop the appliance or to delete a timer function, press the Start/Stop
a long beep.
Browning level (or Quick mode)
Select the desired browning level (light/medium/dark) or switch to Super Rapid mode (Rapid).
Press the button repeatedly until the arrow appears above the desired level of browning (or "Rapid").
The baking time changes depending on the selected level of browning.

Operating light
The operating light indicates when it is lit that a programme is running.
Bread weight
Selection of the bread weight (750 g/1000 g/1250 g).
Press the button repeatedly until the arrow appears under the desired weight.
Programme selection (menu)
Call up the desired baking programme. The programme number appears on the display
with the respective baking time.
