    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY! When using your vacuum, basic safety precautions should always be observed, including the following: Do not leave vacuum cleaner unattended when it is plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before pulling filters out. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Page 4 WARNINGS: If the suction opening of the unit, the hose or the telescopic tube are blocked, turn off the vacuum cleaner and remove the blocking substance before you start the unit again. Do not operate the vacuum cleaner too close to a heater or radiators. Before inserting the power plug into the wall outlet, make sure that your hands are dry.

    CARRYING THE VACUUM CLEANER When the vacuum cleaner is in the horizontal position, you can pick it up by using the handle on top of the unit (picture 6). When the vacuum cleaner is in the vertical (upright) position, you can use the carry-handle in front of the dust canister (picture 7) to carry the unit.
