SYMPTOM
Air/Q 565 does not power ON
Air/Q 565 does not emit a plume
TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
Verify that the power button lights blue
when pressed.
Check the electrical connection of the
power adapter at back of appliance &
that power cord is plugged on both ends.
Check the power outlet
Check program period or rotate knob
to 24/7 position, then press + button to
level 50.
Verify that the pump inside Air/Q 565 is
running (light appliance vibrations).
Check pluming after disconnecting the
injector hose from the cartridge.
If not visible, point a flash light above
the cartridge output port to confirm a
plume stream.
If not pluming, remove cartridge and
verify that the rubber O-rings on the
air nozzle are not frayed. Replace as
needed. Exchange with another car-
tridge if in doubt.
Verify that the injector tube is pointing in
the same direction as the air flow
Make sure the airflow switch is con-
nected.
