General Care

• Do not place or store the Air/Q 565 or its cartridges in extreme heat (more than
130˚ F) or in freezing temperatures.
• Do not drop the Air/Q 565. Do not drop it in water.
• Always keep the plugs in cartridges when not in use.
• Always remove the cartridge before transporting the appliance.
• Contact Customer Service at (877) 473-8991 to obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA).
• For return shipping, pack in original box.

Precautions

Appliance Precautions:
• DO NOT position Air/Q within the reach of young children or pets.
• Must be used only with the approved and included power supply.
• ALWAYS mount the appliance on a wall or duct. The Air/Q
signed for use on tabletops or shelves.
• NEVER put your nose to the output of the Air/Q 565, or within 12 inches of the
output while it is operating. The output of the Air/Q 565 is highly concentrated
until it mixes with the airflow of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sys-
tem. The inhalation of high concentrations may cause irritation including watery
eyes, headache, coughing and upper respiratory discomfort.
• DO NOT operate the Air/Q 565 with the compartment door open. Once the
cartridge or program change is complete, the door should be closed and
locked.
• DO NOT OVERSCENT a space. The best scent is one that is just detectable,
not overwhelming.
