Drawing Toolbar – Add Text
You can select the Add Text icon to
To insert text:
1. Select the Add Text icon
2. Crosshairs will appear to allow you to create a text box. Drag the
crosshairs until the text box is the desired size.
3. When you stop dragging a text
options menu will appear over
the text box you have created.
4. The Input Panel will also appear,
giving you access to a keyboard.
5. Select your text options. You can
choose font style and size, bold,
italics, and underline. You can also select the background color for the
text box as well as the font color.
6. After you have selected your options, begin typing your text. Autocorrect
options will appear that you can select if desired.
7. When you are doing using Add Text, select another icon from the Drawing
Toolbar. The text will be automatically interted onto the page.
8. To add more text into a text box or to edit text, double-click inside the text
box.
