How Does the BrightLink™ 595 Wi
Interactive Projector Work?

Connections

The BrightLink™ projects an image on a flat, smooth, rigid surface such as a
whiteboard. You can connect to a computer and have the image on the
computer displayed on the board by the BrightLink using a USB and a VGA or
HDMI cable. The included interactive pens will allow you and your students to
write, draw, and use the mouse function. Installing the BrightLink Touch Unit,
which works using a built-in, high-power laser, will provide touch interactivity.
 Connect a USB cable from the USB-B port on the projector to a USB port
on your computer. This will allow you to send video and audio output from
the computer and will also allow you to use the interactive pens.
 Connect a VGA cable for video by connecting the cable to the VGA port on
your computer and to the Computer VGA port on the BrightLink.
 Connect an HDMI cable for video and audio by connecting the cable to
your computer's HDMI output port and to an HDMI port on the BrightLink.
