PROBABLE CAUSE
ISOLATION PROCEDURE
AIRPLANE LEANS TO ONE SIDE.
Incorrect tire inflation.
Landing gear attaching
parts not tight.
Sprung landing gear spring.
Check tire pressure.
Jack airplane and check attach-
ing parts.
Check visually.
Inflate to correct pressure.
Tighten loose parts; replace
defective parts.
Replace spring.
Check visually.
Replace axle.
Different quantity of fuel
in wing tanks.
Structural damage to landing
gear bulkhead components.
Check fuel quantity in each
wing tank.
Check visually.
Refuel airplane.
Replace damaged parts.
NOSE WHEEL SHIMMY.
Nose strut attachment loose.
Raise nose and check strut
attachment.
Secure attaching parts.
REMEDY
Bent axle.
