Malfunction analysis
Phenomenon
FC is displayed
Water leakage of outdoor unit
Water condensation
caused by cooling
down of pipes or
pipe joints
When below phenomenon occurs, please turn off air conditioner and
professionals for service.
→ There is harsh sound during operation;
→ There is unpleasant smell during operation;
→ Indoor unit is leaking;
→ Air switch or electricity leakage protection switch trips off frequently;
→ Impurities or water gets into the unit or the remote controller;
→ Power cord and plug heats up abnormally;
Melted water flows out
during heating or
defrosting
● The case is stuck by a finger or other
foreign object during rotation.
● After FC malfunction is displayed,
press ON/OFF button to eliminate
this malfunction. The unit will operate
in previous setting after the case
becomes normal. Please contact
our maintenance center if the
malfunction can't be eliminated.
● During cooling, water condensation
is caused by cooling down of pipes
or pipe joints.
● Melted water flows out during
heating or defrosting.
● During heating, the water attached
on the heat exchanger drops off.
