● The unit is affected by severe inter-
ference or switch function frequently.
Sometimes the remote controller
can't be operated. In this case, you
just need to disconnect the plug and
then reinsert it.
● Whether remote controller is within
the signal receiving range?
● Check if the voltage of batteries
inside the remote controller is suffic-
ient. otherwise, please replace the
batteries.
● Remote controller is damaged or
misused?
● Is the remote controller matched
successfully?
● During heating, when the tempera-
ture of indoor heat exchanger is rel-
atively low, the indoor unit will stop
sending air in order to prevent
blowing out cold air (about 5min).
● During heating, if outdoor tempera-
ture is low or humidity is relatively
high and there is much frost on ou-
tdoor heat exchanger, the unit will
start defrosting automatically and
the indoor unit will stop sending air
or send breeze for about 3~12min.
During defrosting, water will flow out
or vapor will be generated.
● If the unit operates in high humidity
for a long time, moisture may be
accumulated on the air outlet grille
and then drop off.
