SERVICE

Service Intervals

Use the following schedule to perform routine
maintenance on your machine.
Service Item
Change engine oil and fi lter
Check hydraulic fl uid level
Check parking brake
Check wheel lug nut torque
Check air pressure in tires
Check hydraulic pump drive belt
Check air cleaner elements
Clean engine shrouds as needed
Clean behind engine shrouds
and exposed fi ns
Clean behind engine cooling fan
screen
Change hydraulic oil and fi lters
Clean and gap spark plugs
Change fuel fi lter
Clean battery
Change engine oil and fi lter at
least once per season
Change hydraulic oil and fi lters at
least once per season
Replace spark plugs
Front Caster Wheels are grease-able and should be serviced monthly.

vided with your machine for engine service informa-
tion.
Engine Oil
Use oil viscosity based on the expected air tempera-
ture range during the period between oil changes.
Refer to engine manufacturer's manual for the oil
specifi cations.
